Centerpoint Condos off Mill Avenue in Downtown Tempe

Mill Avenue and Downtown Tempe have been excited about the Centerpoint high-rise condos for quite while now. But the economy has done it number and the developer is declaring Chapter 7 bankrupcy. If the property is auctioned to a new owner, hopefully they will have pockets deep enough to finish construction and make it everything the original developer envisioned.
